  • Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8 am and 11am .
  • Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to our new patient online class and medical history and office forms to fill out.  Please print the forms, fill them out and bring them to your first visit. There are 3 videos to watch, each about 30 minutes. You must watch the videos BEFORE you come in for your first appointment or you will not be eligible for weight loss medications.

  • A private consultation with Dr. Zechmann or Michelle Warner ARNP, who may recommend and prescribe certain medications depending on the results of the blood work
  • High quality vitamins and supplements are available for purchase at the office
